Building operators are gearing up for a phased return as some companies — especially those in creative fields such as entertainment — ease back into offices that are being prepped to provide more elbow room for rotating teams of workers, as COVID-19 remains a persistent health threat.

ULI's Greenprint Center Finds Year of Strides
The Urban Land Institute’s Greenprint Center for Building Performance, an LABBC Collaborating Organization, reports their global portfolio of 2.4 billion-square-feet of properties saw declines of 3% for carbon emissions, energy consumption, and water consumption between 2018 and 2019.
