Google Parent Targets $5.7 Billion for Affordable Housing, Green Initiatives

As part of a $10 billion debt offering, tech giant Google’s parent has issued $5.75 billion in sustainability bonds, a move it called the largest green bond issuance by any company in history.

Only government entities have issued larger such offerings, according to London-based organization Climate Bonds Initiative.
