The Investor Confidence Project (ICP), an initiative of the Environmental Defense Fund, is enabling a market for investment quality energy efficiency projects, by reducing transaction costs and engineering overhead, while increasing the reliability and consistency of savings. This session is about the principles of the ICP, how the ICP is applied, and how the ICP enables deeper investment in energy efficiency upgrades.
